Germany to invest 4.5 million Euros to get plastic from CO2

Germany's ministry of education and research announced they are going to allocate 4.5 million Euros on producing plastic out of Carbon dioxide in a 3-year project. The project has been named ROYA and is supported by Germany's aerospace center (DLR), reported European plastic news.

Tondgooyan's researchers produced a new type of PET called U1 bottle grade. The newly polyethylene can widen the range of this plant's products and economize energy consumption besides increasing downstream industries capacity, said Mr.Yooseni, Tondgooyan's CEO.

World's biggest Food fair

The biannually held fair on food called SIAL will open in Paris on October 17, 2010. The fair is regarded as the most credible and biggest fair specialized on food industry all over the world and is to celebrate its 50th birthday. In the previous period of SIAL, some 5500 firms in 19 categories attended Paris from 101 countries to exhibit their latest findings and products.

France glorious packaging show

The French annual packaging fair, Emballage, is to hold on 22-25 November in Paris. Up to now, some 1000 exhibitors from 40 countries have booked and confirmed their stands and more than 75% of the space has been reserved, this year's Emballage will cater 250 new exhibitors from which 70% are non-French.

Iran's Export raises 183% to ASEAN

Iranian organization of commercial development's manager, Amir Talebi, said to the press: Iran's export to ASEAN members shows a growth of 183% in the late month of Farvardin. Iran's non-oil export to ASEAN reached 75 million USD in the mentioned month.
